Enjoy a great workout as you traverse to the top of Green Mountian, near the Flatirons. You are rewarded with great 360 degree views.

Cache is at the summit and is a log only cache, although there is room for 'stuff' - I dropped a handwarmer in it. It is well hidden. I would say that it is somewhat protected from snow, but any amount over a few inches could make a tough find.

It is icy at this time so the terrain is a 4. Please make sure you have yak tracks or cramp on's and treking polls. Hike from the Gregory trail head is about 4 miles round trip with 2500 vertical.

made the hike today before the clouds rolled in. My feet and legs were sore from the hike but my son and I each spent some time looking for it. Clue is sort of, well, not too helpful as there are lots of trees. But maybe another time. Lots of people on top.

Visiting the Denver area for work. Co-worker wanted to show me gorgeous landscape and so we hiked. Little that I know the trail would takes us to a wonderful view along with finding this Geocache. Thank you for the cache.

I dropped off a replacement container yesterday. It is not where I thought I remembered finding it two years ago, but I put it in a spot that was more consistent with my GPS coordinates so that hopefully people can find it in the future. Decent sized medicine container under a large boulder.

Woke up this morning thinking "why not go for a hike?" Originally the plan was to hike up Flagstaff Mountain, but ended up finding my way to the summit of Green Mountain. Beautiful views and nice workout, and nice to have a geocache at the finish as a reward. TFTC!

What a great view! We made the trek to Green and enjoyed the amazing view. We found "a cache" pretty quickly and as I signed the log I noticed that we signed right below an August 2016 signer so thought there might be another cache close by. We didn't find another container. We did repair the cache container which was beginning to crack and fall apart. It is now reinforced with black duct tape and should last a bit longer. Thanks for the cache and another smiley. P&J seeing the world one cache at a time.
