Nicely done. Signed log with AlexJGriff and EmmaKGriff.

Thanks 4everinbeta for giving me a reason to get outside. It’s always worth it when you are enjoying nature. There is nothing better than acting like a kid again, digging through weeds and climbing trees, all to sign my name on a piece of paper.

Found with Cachly for IOS.

A nicely constructed artistic container in a great neighborhood park! Signed log and rehid with a little bit of the only camo I could scrounge up from the area. Thanks for the fun new cache!

[FTF] First to find at 9:43 AM with heh324.

Saw this publish last night but did not have enough effort to bundle up and make the trek. Surprised to see that this was still available this morning. I am not a first to find hound but I missed my chance earlier this month on one (ironically also on a snowy day).
I only had to think for about 3.24 seconds if I was going to come over and find this. Of course the answer to my thought was a resounding, “yes!” heh324 had just finished snow blowing her driveway and was headed on a date but said she had some time to join beforehand. Wahoo! Parking lots were a little hard to see due to the snowdrifts but satellite imagery helped figure that out.
Upon parking and getting out of the vehicle a van pulled in and I had wondered what in the world someone else would be doing here, in a park, during the snow falling? I didn’t recognize the van so I didn’t think it was a geocacher so time was wasting.
Trekked up to ground zero and was a little stumped as I thought I was looking for a tree due to the title. Looked briefly at the marked ground zero and realized that the cache couldn’t have been placed there recently due to the snowdrifts. Expanded the search area and found the cache in a place I thought it would be. Coordinates are a little off but was findable. Cute homemade container that made me smile. I’d recommend trying to cover this up a little more with some natural camouflage (pine needles, rocks etc.) after the snow melts so that it doesn’t disappear. I presume there will be lots of little ones running around here during the warmer months and would hate to see your efforts (in creating and placing this for the geocaching community to enjoy) bust with a muggle taking the container.

I don’t believe anyone will have a hard time locating the cache based off the cache title but in case you would like to update the coordinates I’ll provide them below.

N39 27.945 W104 53.213

I commend you for placing three caches already with arguably only a handful of caches found. So nice to see new geocachers get bit by the bug quickly and give back to the community. For the cute homemade container and the reason just listed I am awarding you a favorite point in hopes it encourages you to keep it up. Here’s also my warm welcome to you in the game we all love! If you need help with anything getting started please feel free to contact me, I’d be happy to help - I remember how it was when I first started.

Found GC82ZF8 - Winter solstice tree on January 28, 2019 using Cachly for iOS.

Some may call me seriously mentally ill. Some may state that I am in a state of mind that prevents social interaction. Some may say I am in a state of mind that prevents normal perception and or behavior. I prefer to say that I tend to do the same thing over and over again, but I expect different results. That being said, I believe we only live one life and I am trying to make the best of it. I thank you, 4everinbeta for placing a fun geocache to fuel my "insanity" or addiction as I call it. I appreciate you bringing me here so that I can try and sign my alias on a piece of paper that you have hidden.

I look forward to finding more of your geocaches. I also look forward to potentially finding geocaches with you one day and sharing stories of our insanity... I mean hobby or addiction? Cheers!

[FTF] with PayMeCache on a cold and snowy morning 1/28/2019 @ 9:43a.m.

PMC rings me up this morning about this unfound cache he wants the FTF on. He was having a hard time comprehending why no one had grabbed this one yet. After about 20 feet in the snow/slush/wind/snow/cold he had an epiphany….LOL “Happy Monday” @PayMeCache ;-) Coordinates were off, but the excellent hint made GZ and the creative container easily found. We got the log signed and b-lined it back to the toasty geo-mobile. Making this a favorite for the CO pointing out a great park in the area! There is a scavenger hunt here that looks like it would be a lot of fun on a much warmer, sunnier, summer day. TFTC
