Another cache in my airport series. To obtain the final coordinates, you must figure out the name of the airport shown below. When putting your answer into the checker, only put the city name. If the airport serves two cities, list them in the order they are in the airport name.

We enjoyed a beautiful Saturday of hiking and caching. It was a bit cool and windy in the morning, but warmer and calm in the afternoon. After working to solve these mystery caches, it was fun to go out and find the containers. Thanks to all the COs for the fun.

I am ALMOST done with finding a puzzle every day of the year (not consecutively). I just have about 10 days left but still won't be done until August. But today was a day I needed and I was very glad to have this pretty close puzzle available.

I floundered a bit on the solve but after some research I came up with what I thought was a decent option and sure enough it panned out! Without the hint though I would've been totally stuck.

Speaking of stuck, the host needed just a decent whack to give up it's prize. Thankfully this avoided being buried by just a couple feet! Glad to make the find on a frigid morning!

Thanks for the hide Awoostan

Stopped by with WingsAndTales after this morning's event. I was very glad it was easy to get to the cache - thanks for placing it.

I solved this one the day it published but I live a good distance south. I was in the area for an event today and made the stop on my way home. TFTC

After I solved this one, I looked to see how many airports are in CO. Let's just say this series could go on for a long time! Pre-9/11, I worked in an office building near Centennial Airport. The planes would make the building rattle quite frequently and we would joke about one crashing into the building. I left in the summer of 2001, but I assume they stopped joking about it. Anyway, thanks for the puzzle & the cache. I found it after a nearby event.
