Dogs  Not Recommended for kids  Scenic view  Not Recommended at night  Not Available during winter  Cliff / falling rocks  Dangerous area  Parking available  Bicycles  Thorns  Needs maintenance  Special Tool Required  Short hike (less than 1km)

***NOTE***
This cache is in a dangerous location!! Please be careful in choosing what you wear and who you bring bring before attempting this cache -- there is a VERY steep cliff very close to the cache!!! Young kids and clumsy dogs (like mine) should not be a part of your caching team.

***NOTE FOR ALL CACHERS SEEKING THIS GEOCACHE***
Please be very gentle with the tools that you need to extract the geocache, and make sure that they are put back inside of their containers EXACTLY as found. This will make this cache last a long time and reduce the amount of maintenance it requires as I don't get over here all that often.

Well, enough said, get out there and have some fun!! PLEASE BE CAREFUL THOUGH!!!!

A big thanks to RKSTER for providing the lid to the container! Thanks!

 Hints

Terrain is a 7 if you go straight at it from the parking lot....make sure you are wearing sturdy shoes (I wouldn't want anyone going over the edge now, would I?)

Lid is cracked, placed it back so that rain shouldn’t get in to it. Just worried about stuff falling out of it. Wouldn’t say that the cache size is micro, maybe more regular or small. Log is full.

154th cache found. Today Lucy (my four legged teammate) and I went to Red Rock Canyon in hopes of knocking out a few D/T combos. It was a beautiful day especially after all the cold and snow we had earlier in the week. TFTC

Found cache, but it has been emptied out. Great find, though! We sent our 14yo son to take pictures for us. Thank you for the heads up about the terrain difficulties!

Well it appears to get to this cache requires crossing the fence from the dog park into a protected area - see photo of same area from lower dog loop.

We're staying close by the Red Rock Canyon area again this year for vacation, so we made this our first find of many this year
