The cache is made!

A traditional cache located in an open space between residential houses. Terrian is a 2.5 due to overgrowth and lack of direct trail. Cache is a small tube.
The best place to park will be next to the ball field. (Coordinates: N 39 30.664 W 104 45.224) You will have to cross the road and then follow the open space. A small herd of deer frequent this area and there is a small deer trail you can follow. Please put back exactly as found since it is small and several extra items may not fit. Also, please do not screw the lid on too tightly. Don't worry about the yard you are near...they know you are coming. :)

FTF can choose from a wooden nickel, lottery ticket, and some AA batteries in case your GPS runs out of juice.

Searching for this cache made me uncomfortable. I hate sneaking around people's back yards. Not a great place to place a cache without homeowners permission.

After an event then group caching in the afternoon, this evening I headed out solo to grab a few more. I headed south to Parker to grab several traditionals.
I took a short walk up to this well hidden cache. Like others if this type that I have seen before, it is susceptible to water. I dumped the water out and stamped my name on the mulchy log. One the way out a homeowner asked about what I was doing. He seemed to be aware of geocaching and was ok. Tftc!

TFTC. Nice spot and container. However, the log was just Lyon the ground. It is really wet. I put it back. DNSL.

Made a quick find while killing time before going to the airport to pick up my parents. Dumped the water out of the container but the log needs to be replaced. Tftc!

Keeping our streak streak. Thanks for placing this cache and keeping our recreation going. SL/with PoshCacher. Tftc

Found with EasternGirls. The log was wet, so our stamps may not be legible. EG will have the purple blob, mine will be the pink blob.

Creepy. I felt like I was a burglar. I hope the CO lives here. Everything was soaked. We had to dump water out of the cache. Tftc

We visited the Parker area this afternoon for some geocaching. We parked near the suggested coordinates (though I didn't realize that until later). The baby was in the carrier and I let the toddler walk. That was a mistake because I ended up carrying him part of the way too, haha. It was a slow and sweaty ordeal, but I found the cache very quickly. Great job on the container! Thanks for the cache!

The cache was actually easier than we thought it would be after reading the description & a couple of the logs! We walked up Aintree Ct, then walked through the middle of the two houses and past the backyard of the house on the East. We started looking once we passed the smaller fence. Thought we knew what we were looking for, but once we looked at the cache size (again), we realized (again) that we should never assume! Thanks for placing this; nicely done!

TFTC! This turned out to be a lot more challenging then expected. I did an initial search and saw something that was mentioned in the old logs and was about to DNF it when I decided to dig in a little deeper. To my surprise I found it! Since it had not been found in 16 months, nature was trying to reclaim it and covered it up with 2 inches of soil! Then the real challenge began. It would not come out of its hiding spot. I left to get tools from the Geo-conveyance and returned to find somebody at the cache. It was the C/O's father and he was going at it with tools! I walked up and we worked together to get it out. The last finder had put it back upside down leaving no way to grab a hold of it. It is now fixed and ready for the next cacher!
