This cache is hidden at a rocky point off the Noddle Trail also known as Trail 677. It is in Pike National Forest.

This is another in a series of caches that are all along trails west and southwest of Denver.

I provided a parking waypoint from which you should head north on the trail all the way to within a couple hundred feet of the cache. Then you get to decide what approach you want to take to get to the top of the hill. It's not a hard climb no matter which way you go.

It is about 3 miles one way to the cache. This is also a popular off road motorcycle trail so be on the lookout for them. Some maps of this area show a trail but it is an old trail or forest road and is not the Noddle Trail I used to get to this cache.

Oh, and bring your own pen.

When I hid this cache, only one cacher had found all of the previous 26 caches in this series.

After two surgeries, bad weather, and a road trip... this series (and it's companions) is back on my number one target list.

Loved the hike on this beautiful day with bhob. Picked up both trackables, and left three.

Hopefully we'll be caught up on the series again next week, thanks!

So this Noddle Trail is not the original one. The forest service has done an amazing job of covering up the original trail. But the new one is excellent and I wonder how long it will stay that way. I know, ATVs and trail bikes need their areas too and we thank them for sharing it with us... and not being there today. I loved the views, even though I didn't get to see the Noddleheads.

Out enjoying the weather today with estes01. I’ve been to the Noddleheads several times but always used a trailhead further up the road that’s closer to the Heads themselves, so this was a new trail for us. Fun cache to FTF, swapped trackables, TFTC!
