Pedestrians and traffic used to wait a long time for trains to complete their manuevering before they could cross the railroad tracks near Vine and Lemay streets.  You can imagine the comments of people waiting while the blocking train appeared to move only to stop and reverse its course all while blocking the intersection.  This is no longer the case.  Fort Collins completed the construction of an overpass bridge to allow traffic to ignore the train activity below.  From this cache location the bridge can be seen.  Enjoy the spot and have fun caching.  TOTT may be helpful.

Saw this one published and headed out the door. Is a nice afternoon and perfect for a bit of a FTF race. Got to GZ and appreciated the east close parking… then saw what I was up against. Ohhhh boy. There are other more than a few hide locations here and I’m sure I checked them all. But I was dedicated and started a systematic search. This one was stubborn to say the least! Almost called it a DNF and said ok one more look. Even having seen this hide style before, it was just working so very well today! But the effort eventually paid off and I finally spotted this one. The effort and the blank log making it all the more sweet of course! Don’t care to admit just how long I did search exactly, but hey, bigger happy dance on the find. Thanks for another adventure! Cache and log are in good shape and well hidden. SL
