Fairly short hike and a possible second cache.
The approach is from a common mountain bike starting and ending point and offers interesting terrain and maybe even some rock hopping. You may easily catch a second find nearby. All but the last few feet can be traveled on established foot paths and trails. Cache likely can be had without disturbing its hiding place. This cache formerly was accessed from either side, now construction is happening at the approach from the west side. It is only fair to disclose that a homeless person in the past has lived in the rocks a short distance from the path to the cache.

I'm so glad you encouraged us to hike back into this area. We love the terrain. The log is full, so I added a new log sheet (just a piece of lined paper, not a nice notebook like the old one). TFTC.
