This cache is placed in an area I used to come to when I was in highschool to just relax and view the city or do homework. I decided for this cache I would go to the groundspeak store and buy a variety of geocaching items for the cache contents. Please trade like items to help keep this cache nice. I hope you enjoy this cache. There are cactus, yuca plant, and shrub oak on this cache. I recommend you wear pants and a good pair of shoes. The trail to follow looks like it's from animals. Also the above parking coordinates is the only place you can park for this cache. Anywhere else is considered private land. Pay attention to the signs and fence lines as well, as will all open space areas, not all is public and it's clearly marked and easy to see where you can go and not go. There is a 425 foot Altitude change from parking to cache location. As the crow flies the round trip is 1.5 miles.

Orginal Cache Contents:

I was able to grab the cache and sign the log. Unfortunately I didn’t see that it was not where it was supposed to be, so I put it back in the same spot. It really is not too difficult to retrieve as long it as your arms are long enough. Hopefully the next finder will be able to put it back where it belongs. TFTC. On to the next.

I was able to move the ammo canister with a stick, just so far, then it got stuck on the branch it was on and would not move. I moved it back to where it was on the branch because it goes so far then gets stuck. Good Luck Everyone

Wow - this is terrain three? How about four? Whew! Finally got there - the situation is not that dire - we almost got it down with just a big stick.....another occasion and a long climb and it could be done......not up that high, folks! Maybe a fishing rod? Hope the picture counts! TFTC! Horsebroken47 and RedHeadedDemon

This cache is up a tree. Hopefully the next cachers are monkeys.

It appears, someone trolled this cache. It is not suppose to be in the tree. It was originally in some rocks. Sorry this has happened. If someone can get it and put it back in the rocks that would be great. If will be a while before I could get out there.
Shame on who ever did this!

Does anyone know who put this high in the tree and why. I went back to GZ today with a tot and still could not retrieve the cache.

Wow, what a trek to GZ. I enjoyed the hike. I found the cache, but it is a tree climber now. I did not have success climbing the tree, so I could not sign the log. Was this always hanging high in the tree or was it moved? I enjoyed the find, but I am disappointed I could not sign the log. TFTC
