Easy to find, terrain is mild trail hiking on established trail. 6081 ft Terrain is only considered difficult if you don't use established trail.

There is an opening to the area at the head of the trail. You can park somewhere amongst the houses.

The hike is very nice, with veiws of the canyon leading into the eastern part of Table Mountain. While hiding the cache I saw a herd of deer of atleast 20+. Reports of rattlers in the area, so please be careful.

[EDIT-5.5.13] Lid is cracked, so place container upside down please. I live in DC now, and can't replace container for quite some time...will do so eventually, so I'm not going to retire the cache. EXTRA bonus points to someone kind enough to take some duck tape and cover up the cracked portion of the lid.

The trail is narrow so wear decent boots/shoes. The trail itself isn't difficult, but there are drop offs to the side of the it so be careful.

The Container was a mixed nuts container, clear plastic with a blue top, smaller than a basketball. (Sorry about the lame looking log book.

Yep the lid is busted open & im sure the critters get in there & carry off the paper, etc. I did put another log in a baggie but I'm sure it won't last long. Needs replaced.

TFTC Something has been eating this cache, anything paper or plastic is either gone or chewed on, including the lid. There is no log and the container needs to be replaced.

easy find but there’s no log book in there, lid is still broken and looks like animals have been hanging out in it. signed the bit of duct tape on the top.

I picked up this cache during a short hike through North Table Mountain Park. It was my first time in the park, so it was good to have a successful cache run while enjoying the hike. I parked near GC4W4ZZ Amulek's at the fork cache and hiked up the draw to gain access to the mesa. It was a fun hunt, but I was happy to make the find on this cache with no drama. The cache container and log are still good to go. Thanks to the CO for the nice cache placement, fun hunt, and providing an excellent venue for a fun hike; TFTC.
