This cache is located on the first overlook for Fish Creek Falls, a very popular tourist hike in Steamboat Springs.

For this cache you will need to use major stealth as it is heavily populated by muggles. I have put in a higher difficulty because of this. PLEASE replace the container in the exact same spot that you found it to protect it from view.

The cache is only available from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM and there is a $5 per car entrance fee for the park.

We spent a lot of time going over the geo-beacon and did not find anything on the "hint". We expanded search and again came up empty.

This was a fun little adventure!
With the snow this morning the walk and views were incredible. All quiet too!
We saw a fox even.
I grew up exactly 2 miles west of this location and back then this was the back yard.
No houses, no trails, just woods.
I hunted this area often, and we had high school "keggers" here.
My how things change!
Haven't been here in few years and its been a long time since I've been here with snow on the ground. A first for Mrs. rockymtn8iv!
This will rank up there as one of our favorites!
