The closest parking is at the Mt. Herman Trail head parking lot. However you can also park in the lot for "why did the chicken cross the road" they are both pretty close. Depending on where you park you will have a nice stroll most of the way lasting about 1 1/2-2 miles round trip.
With so many dinner items to choose from I thought the vegetarians deserved a selection. I'm personally not a veggie but I have no problems with people that are. Why did that chicken cross the road? Which did come first the chicken or the egg? Why is the chicken little and not big? Should I have chicken salad or BBQ for dinner? All of these can be contemplated underneath a nice shade tree while you enjoy a nice vegetarian meal.

Here my my neice Sarah who decided that she would rather bring her chicken along then BBQ sauce and a skewer.

Fourth time in this park to finish up putting smilies everywhere. Read the log that container was in need of repair, so we brought something to replace it. The container was extremely brittle and falling apart. Did some CITO and new container is a camouflaged Pringles can. So another smilie is here.
