North Michigan Lake holds a very special place in my heart. My Dad and I have spent many summers canoeing the waters, hiking the trails, and harassing the wildlife (hehe). I am all grown up now(ish) and have a son of my own, and this was the first year he was old enough to come to the cabin. From the first day that my Dad found out I was pregnant he hasn't been able to stop talking about bringing the baby to the lake to teach him to fish and canoe. As always, we had a blast and didn't want to leave!! My son and I started geocaching a few weeks ago and brought the excitement up from Texas. My Dad was instantly hooked and we decided to place a geocache in our favorite area to commemorate our 'first time, three generations' camping trip. This box was placed with lots of love <3 We hope you enjoy the view!!

Our GPS was leading us right through someone’s campsite to find the geocache, so we skipped it. We will try again on another trip.

We spent an hour looking for this cache with no luck. Double checked the coordinates, and they took us straight to a feature that looks like what is described in the clue. Maybe a description of the box would help. Is it still there?

Waawhoo FTF at 3:50 pm. Well I was camping nearby, I saw this was over here. So we ran over here this afternoon, and surprise it still had not been found yet. Here is to making memories. Thanks for the hide! Loveland, Colorado
