No matter how you say it, it's a cache for kids! GeoQuito and I hid
this off of a wide trail that is baby-jogger rated. You might have
to take the baby into the trees, but it's a flat, short walk.
We made it to and from the parking lot in less than 20 minutes.
Parking lot suggested is just uphill from the intersection of Hwy
73 and Lewis Ridge Road. Also, Lady Coot 500/ Birds of a feather is
in this park if you want to solve the puzzle. The cache is a big
ammo can with lots of stuff for kids. We hope that whether you are
new to geocaching, or are a seasoned pro, please bring a kid (or
kids) along to this cache.
Speaking of children... don't leave things a kid would not
enjoy, like business cards and candy wrappers.
The big loop at Elk meadows is wide and relatively flat. It
needs more caches! Here is one to help. Please cover well when you
are done.
Don't forget, kids, watch for muggles! We hope that you enjoy
the treasure hunt!
