After you've found Boss Scraggs, continue along the ridge line.  It's very easy terrain until the final 75 feet which require a little bit of a rock scramble which is why I'm rating it a T/4, but it's more like a T3.5.  You are searching for a log only bison tube, Happy Hunting and BYOP!
