I decided that having the day off, I would focus on this puzzle cache. I had found the orange color cache a year ago, not realizing that it was part of a puzzle. I'll have to revisit it and take down the clue.

This was the 5th of the 7 needed to solve the 8th location. Great day for caching! I had some friends that used to live close to this one. I like the chrome bear up on the hill, fantastic!

Great container with a fresh log book. Sadly I'll have to finish the puzzle another day. 2 more colors and the final to go! TFTC!

I was out and about caching with herndonrd because I make him look good. He typically finds the caches while I look in all the wrong places. This was one of those typical occasions where I read off the description and/or prior logs and he simply ignores me and starts looking for the cache. However, he was convinced that it was in one area and chose not to listen to me as I told him where the compass zeroed out. So there was only a little floating when I found this cool container. Hooray! After we did the whole sign and replace thing we celebrated our victory by heading back to the car and driving off to another one. Thanks for the fun hide and for getting me outside on such a beautiful day.

Have had a few caches in this area on my list for a while - a challenge, an oldie, and 2 colors of the rainbow that I needed to finish a challenge I had signed a while back. Finally had a reason to be in this general area today, so made the quick trip to this one just as it was getting dark. Worth it to get the last color in my rainbow! And...what a COOL container! So unique!!! Loved it, definitely gets a favorite. Thanks for placing this one!
