After having success with a cache down the road, I thought I'd stop by and check this one out. Late at night, I was able to walk in from Academy. However, the rocks at GZ have been disturbed. Nearby construction on the once-vacant lot pushed its way all the way to GZ. I never would have figured those rocks could move. But they did. I searched for about 20 minutes with a flashlight. No luck. If it's there, I missed it. But it's been over a year lonely so I am not optimistic. I'll keep an eye on this one to see if others have better luck.

This one looked like it could be hard to access, but fortunately there's still one empty lot to walk through. When I got out of the truck one of the garage doors went up so I waited until the muggle drove off before going behind the houses. It didn't take me long to spot the cache and I was on my way again.

Love the little container but it has a crack in it. Nice and dry now. TFTC. Love the location.

Picked this one up while in the local area after a short hunt. I'm not sure the hide concept is the same that the CO originally used for this cache, but the coordinates are good enough. Given that the CO has not logged in for years, we have to take care with this one if we want it to last. The container is now cracked at the back, but the hide should keep it dry. It is important to rehide with this crack protected to ensure the log stays viable. The construction in the area is now over, so that cache may be able to survive for some time.

While logging this cache, I notice it was more than one year lonely. That is nice, since I keep track of that statistic for challenges. With this find, I now have (counting only 1 year or more lonely) a total of 117 years, 6 months lonely time on 58 caches from 11 North American States & Provinces.
