Well I still can't find it even though the owner gave me an explicit hint. I'll have to give up on this one. The people in the house at the bottom have seen me come back so many times and I know they think I'm nuts.

I've come back twice for this one. Though I'm new and have only found two caches is so far, I'm thinking this one is no longer here. I've attached pictures so don't look at them unless you want a Clue.
