As others have done, we made this one a lot harder than it needed to be.
And yes, you could easily call this a 1.5 terrain - maybe even a 1.0.

Either your coordinates are off or you have grossly mislabeled the terrain difficulty. Seriously a 1.5, walking over big boulders??? Or both is true.
