Needs maintenance

A small in a tree. I would park across the Hwy, there is a pull off. Then you could cross the road and get to the cache. Queens Reunited is just down the Abandoned Railroad, So its two for one.
This Railroad used to go all the way to Leadville. It's very cool living around all this history.
Have Fun!! QZ

We hid this here so we could watch you from our deck!!

Found with my uncle, benj59, back in October, 2018. I have my own account now and I'm catching up on some logs. He's helping me write them. :) Thanks for the geocache!

My family and I had a nice getaway trip to Fairplay for three nights this week. This included my parents, my brother and his wife and kids and my wife and kids. I had been really looking forward to this trip as I had anticipated getting my 2000th find and some other good caches in the area. Wednesday was a little too cold for everyone, but today was perfect! Beautiful blue skies and temperate fall weather made for great conditions for family geocaching.

This was the sixth of 7 we found on the day!

After getting the other private property cache, we just kept going and made it all the way to this one. I'm wondering if we were really walking along the path of the railroad; it wasn't quite clear but seemed plausible. It was fun thinking about the history of the area and enjoying the cool of the late afternoon. Once I got to GZ, it was in the first place I checked. All is good here!

Thanks for the hide QueenZelda & Cub Boy. I appreciate you keeping this cache active for everyone to enjoy.

On a big Mexico and US roadtrip with rosmar and kiwi.bug and caching under the team name FRK17. First we flew to Mexico and then to Houston where we began an 11 state roadtrip taking in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Colorado, Utah, Idaho, Oregon and Washington culminating in the Going APE 2017 mega and the reinstated APE cache.

A quick stop and find on the way from Fairplay towards Breckenridge. TFTC
