City of Murals:Delta, CO Bonus #3

Though Delta, CO enjoys a number of wonderful murals commissioned by the city, there are also a few non-traditional “murals”.  Some were commissioned by private citizens or businesses, some a group project, and some we haven’t discovered the story, yet…if you know, let us in on it!

The given coordinates are for the non-traditional Delta “mural” where you will find the information needed to solve the mystery coordinates to the second stage which contains the log.

To solve for second stage and the log book: Using the given coordinates that brought you to "Metal Art Easel", subtract the resulting numbers from the puzzle below.

for N subtract .A B C

for W subtract .D E F

A= number of people playing baseball in "mural"

B= number of letters in the artist's signature minus quantity of Canada Geese on the wing

C= number of fishing poles

D= number of golfers

E= number of bird watchers minus number of tennis players

F= number of bicyclists

Unlikely, but if equipment is in use at last stage you may have to come back at another time, OR watch the sport, act interested, and you can likely make the find without the muggles being aware!

Congrats to crawfordcollins for FTF

stopped by to tag some TBs and check cache, found it battered and torn.
Fortunately had both container and gray spray paint with to match hide structure.
Replaced, good to go, TBs were happy

We thought we'd work on this one while we were in Delta today and, we found it! It was very hard to open, even with a squirt of WD40. You need to use TOTT to get into it. sl TFTC

We really enjoyed the murals and these fun multi's. Our car GPS did not have the updated maps so we ended up making several u turns because of all the new traffic revisions, but we got a nice tour of the town and had a lot of fun. Thanks for showing us these murals. S/L M&D

Stopped by just to check that this cache was intact and to travel some bugs. Cache is ok.

Very few folks out tonight, so I was able to get down and dirty and went right to the spot first time. Had to mangle the cache to get it open. This style just seems to rust tight. Sat on bench and viewed Grand Mesa across the lake. Thanks for placing, cache still ok.
