The cache is located along a bike trail that parallels I-70 from exit 244 to Idaho Springs.
I was out for a bike ride one day with Miles ToGeo and we found this place. It is off of I-70 and US 6 (west bound exit 244) with parking at N 39 44.762 W 105 26.241, just above Kermits Restaurant. From the parking area, take the bike path under I-70 and follow it to the cache. It will be hard to get a good satellite lock in the area, but hopefully the hint should help. When replacing the cache, please make sure the box is covered enough to not be seen from the trail.

What kind of morons go geocaching in the Rocky Mountains the day after a big snowstorm? Well I guess the answer is FeartheFish and me. Off to Evergreen and Idaho Springs for some targeted caches and then stops along I-70 on the way back to the metro area and a detour off C-470 so that FeartheFish could get his daily puzzle cache. I needed this one for a Jasmer square. Map program wants you to park along I-70 to get this one but we eventually figured out how to get to parking and the a nice scenic walk alongside Clear Creek. FeartheFish made the find. Everything is in good shape; FtF dropped some travel bugs. TFTC!

Nice short walk to this Cache. We parked at the dead end and walked along to ground zero. Filling out some boxes on our month/year hidden matrix and this fills a slot. TFTC!!
