Another ammo can in the woods!
Several weeks ago I picked up a travel bug. When I got home and logged it I realized it has a special mission "To create 5,000 new caches across the Globe! If you find me, please create a new Cache and place me there for others to find and create their own."

I finally got around to hiding a new cache for this TB. The TB has been picked up - hopefully a new cache will be placed for it,

Ample parking is available at the top of Hoosier Pass, but be careful crossing HWY 9. Take the Flume Trail. You can either start out going up the jeep trail or (my favorite way) just go right up the ditch that starts near the edge of the road. The cache is not far off the trail.

There was still a lot of snow, so it could have been buried.

Tried to find it! Lots of snow up to our waists. It must be buried right under our feet.

I followed the path recommended by the CO, found that it gave me a pretty easy access to the area and to within 100 feet of GZ. Once near GZ I examined one beacon, spotted another from it, walked over, and discovered the very obvious (to experienced cachers) hiding place. There was even somewhere nice to sit while I signed the log. All this and a cache located at 11,535 feet for a challenge or two; good job and TFTC!
