Marla and I are on a road trip across eastern Colorado caching in new counties.
Plus going after Mingo.
We found this one in the water and rehid where we thought it would go, high/ middle/under.
probably too hard of spot for the 2 star terrain rating.

This was my first find in Phillips County. I tried from the bike path at first, but quickly realized that with the hint provided that I needed to be down below. I tried the road side first and found the container on the ground. After I signed the log I had to decided where to reside the container so that it would fit the hint; I picked a likely spot and left it there. The CO might want to see if I chose correctly. In any case nice job and TFTC!
