This month marks my 15-year "Geocaching Anniversary"! It's been quite the adventure so far; I've made new friends, seen AMAZING sights, and adventured to incredible places (including Route 66 and Area 51). So, to mark the milestone, I thought I'd hide a few caches in my nearest JeffCo Open Space/Park. Here's to the NEXT 15 years!

8:51:00 AM Out in Evergreen this morning . Garlic and Prince sat down while I searched. I went over to the other side of the gully, then came back and found the cache at their feet! Thanks Lisa

[FTF] 09/15/2020 at 10:33 pm.
So, today I've been on pins and needles, ready to jump for an FTF. I missed one this morning. Then, this evening three publish. One is only 21 miles from home. As I drove over there I refreshed and saw that it had been found. Next up is this one, only 33 miles as a crow flies from our house in Aurora. We pulled up to a possible parking spot I saw the NO PARKING sign. So the Mrs switched seats and drove the Jeep away while I set out on foot. It is so dark here compared to the ambient light noise in Aurora. I grabbed a few caches along the way to the final.
Once at the GZ I did my usual mountain routine - scurrying toward bouncing coords until I wised up and looked around. It would help if I was more of a mountain person and knew tree types, but I don't. I put eyes on the container, opened it up, saw cool SWAG, and a fresh log sheet with COHodog's stamps. FTF! Yatah! Coords are great.
Congratulations on 15 years of fun! I hope to one day reach that waypoint in life, healthy and still looking for hidden objects. Maybe some day we will meet.
Thanks for the cache!
