This one popped up in a search first thing this morning and I couldn't resist the chance at a FTF.
I quickly ran over to rouse the Cap'n and see if he might be interested in doin' an early morning cache run.
Together with the Boys, we made way to GZ where we immediately spotted the cache.
I imagine this one is going to be found by a lot of folks who forget to bring something to sign the log with.
Fortunately, I had a 16 ft. extendable TOTT in my back pocket so it was just a matter of deciding who got to make the climb. Cap'n Ron Evil suggested I flip him for it which I thought was a good idea until he pointed out that he meant flip HIM for it. Dang peg-legged rascal needs to go on a diet! Angry
Anyway, with the Cap'n and the Boys keeping an eye out for muggles, I ended up making the climb and retrieving the cache. We left our stamps on the log and then it was time to figure out who got to replace the cache. I figured it was only fair that he made the climb since I'm the one who had retrieved it. Then he said, "Arrrrrgh! I want to flip for it!". I said, "Sure, go ahead, let me see you flip then!" Shock Well that didn't go over well. What followed was an epic tirade of foul language that didn't stop until the Cap'n was back on the ground and even then it wasn't over, especially when he found out he didn't have enough souvenirs to log the cache! Clown
Anyway, thanx for the new challenge and the FTF. I currently have 42 souvenirs which can be verified by checking my profile.
