Climbed up the tree but could not locate the cache. Tree was easy enough to get into and climb.

Don't know whether to count this as a DNF, so I guess I'll settle for a "Write note". I figured I'd drop on by to take a look. At GZ, my GPSr couldn't decide between two options (one looked more likely than the other), so I walked around for a few minutes, wondering if I could see anything. If this hide is what I suspect it is, I definitely didn't give it a proper search. Was worth checking it out anyway.

Good grief! Frisbee golfers are dangerous. We finally had to leave.

TFTC. spotted this cache a few times. But decided I wait on my fellow cachers for moral support.

After the great 9th annual Wingin' It event, waawhoo and I headed out to get a few caches with some higher ratings. This one was on the list. Before leaving home I had printed out the pictures of kaiwarrior up in the tree so when we arrived we were able to spot the limb the cache was (supposed to be) on. We could see come black tape from the ground but couldn't make out a container. Well, there was only one good way to verify if it was there, and that was to get my butt up there. waawhoo helped me get up to the first limb and from there, with guidance from him, I was able to slowly work my way up to where I could reach the cache. It wasn't there! There was black tape around one branch and a wire around the adjacent branch but no cache.
Fortunately I had won a large bison tube at the event and it was in my pocket so after we signed the log I attached the tube by the split ring to the wire. It shouldn't go anywhere except by human power now. Thanks for the assistance Tobin and thanks kai for placing this cache, the "Rat" lives on!!!
