Desafio (Canada, eh!) and JenOvations (OH - IO) are attempting to get to the summit of America's Mountain, Pikes Peak, for the second time.  Thwarted by snow in May 2024, we are venturing back to claim a few smiley's!  During our travels we'd love to meet local or traveling cachers and their muggle tag alongs, talk all things geocaching, share a donut or two, and enjoy the amazing view.   
 
The Tuesday after Labor Day to Sept 30th the gates open at 7:30am.  Adult admission is $15 per person and children (6 to 15) is $5.00 per person.  Reserve your entrance tickets early to avoid any delay.  This event will be weather dependent.  For the latest weather updates, please call 719-385-7325.

I'll be there on Saturday...volunteering for the Ascent and will spend the day on the summit. The weather may be a problem for Sunday.

This is Pikes Peak Ascent and Marathon weekend, so I'm staying away from Barr Trail, the summit, and Manitou Springs.
