Cache is not at the listed coordinates!

We spend much time driving around our beloved town and do not think much about what is happening behind the scenes. Public parking is available under the bridge. Please enjoy my first attempt at an urban cache. Please avoid hurting the plants and stay away from the Variable Message Sign.

Update 05/26/2009 - Please do not open any electrical boxes, they are live and will bite you. There is no need to open anything in order to find the cache or the decoy.

Congratulations to KB+Witz on FTF with a hearty effort by Abunai Inc.

I'm in the process of solving as many geoarts and Puzzles in the Texas area and some neighboring states.I'm leaning to start in Colorado Springs and travel thru Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma and finally Texas and take about 10 days doing so. My main focus would be to sign the oldest caches in each state as I'm very close to finishing my Jasmir and something I would like to complete this year. Anything else I sign on this adventure is just another bonus in my books. You Never Know Where The Road Will Take You or who you will meet on your path. The hard part for some is actually getting on the road. I’m not afraid of the road; I play on the road!

We worked out the puzzle when visiting the nearby virtuals. The instructions said to go a long way away and having read the logs etc decided it was unlikely to be there so maaybe it would be good to check it out - many thanks

This geocacher reported that the cache might be missing.

This was a pretty tough puzzle that I solved (with a little help) prior to coming out to Colorado Springs from Chicago while on a family vacation. I had asked a previous finder for some assistance regarding GZ, since the parking options appeared to be limited. With this intel, I searched all around GZ, and after removing a bunch of garbage piled up pretty much right at the coords, I found a torn piece of paper resembling a logsheet that was being held in place with a rock. I'm not sure if this is the cache or not, but the coincidence is striking. I did sign this sheet but I think this cache needs a little TLC. TFTC!

15:39. Signed in under RPieperCO, who didn't date the logsheet. The entry before that was from 2014! Tricky puzzle, but I was able to figure it out onsite.

Staying with the 'do not open anything' and discounting the plants, ele boxes, etc., not much left. We found something to spell out CEASAR, but since we are not to open anything . . . just DNF'd and moved on.

TFTC! What a great time we had at Geowoodstock in Denver. Got to meet up with my cousin, FWIA and my great friends, Louinliberty. Hockabee, and BAAAD DAAATA. Met some of the nicest friends/cachers from Iowa, Kansas, and Missouri. Hope we can all meet again soon! Thanks for putting on this event!

Well this trip was a little dream come true. Hadn't been to Colorado in a long time and it was good to be here. LouInLiberty, Gnomecats, 5 Bead, FWIA, HarvestMoon2, Baad Daata and myself wandered the dirt roads and city streets, virtuals, earthcaches, hikes, old caches, letterboxes, whereIgos and what not. Fun at every turn. Thanks to all the Cache Owners who made this possible with. Thanks too for your good maintenance. Friends on every side from all over. What more could we ask for? Hockabee

Greetings from the flatland cornfields of Iowa!

Came to Colorado with a great group of folks to attend Geowoodstock14er and pick-up some fine Colorado caches. We homebased out of Lakewood and hit the ground running as soon as we arrived. So many caches, so little time!

Our caching group consisted of Hockabee, Louinliberty, HarvestMoon2, GnomeCats, BaadDaata, and 5bead. Logs were signed 5CG+GC, saving time and space.

Had an absolute blast running power trails and visiting some fabulous Virtuals & Earthcaches. Colorado is, by far, my favorite State to cache in. We encountered very few dnf's which is testimony to the fine Cache CO's in the State! Thanks to all CO's of the caches/Virts/Ec's we enjoyed finding/visiting. Your efforts and contribution to the game is much appreciated.

I must say the highlight of this trip for me was following a funnel cloud on Saturday near the town of Bennett, CO after running part of the power trail nearby. I am a weather freak so this put frosting on the cake for me.
