A camo micro cache w/ a moderate hike and incredible views. Bring your camera! Log only - BYOP
You can park on Hawkeye Road and hike/mt bike to cache for 1 1/2 miles or drive in w/ high clearence vehicle and then hike for less than a mile - old double track. Beautiful views on the rim and looking into Horsethief Canyon & Colorado River. Be careful of soil the last 50 meters - don't bust the crust! There are plenty of rocks to walk on. Enjoy the desert! Seemed to be on site but couldn't locate cache. Bummed. We are novices and our eyesight may not be what it should be.

Great afternoon in early winter to be out caching. Enjoyed the walk and the solitude. The views were great and there were even a couple of ravens about to remind where I was going. TFTC!!
