When the road is dry, this drive can be done in a passenger car. The cache is an ammo-box stashed in the bushes. We planted it in November and never needed 4X ot clearance.
While going for this cache take the time to stop and view some great vistas in Rio Blanco County. My son and I placed it over a mild Thanksgiving Holiday. In good weather you can drive to within 100' later in the year it will be about .5 mile. The trip to the cache is full of excellent vistas and boutiful wild life. From Highway 64, you will have elevation changes of about 3000 ft in about 10 miles. I do not want to give to much away.

Found it! I tried this one a couple months ago but could get no cell service that day so couldn’t zero in on the location. A pretty day for a little hike. Lots of swag in it, but I didn’t bring anything to exchange this time. TFTC! Signed log.

Found it!! This was the 3rd try. Twice during winter-too much snow, but also wrong cords!! After bushwacking for about an hour, went back to car and checked cords. Reset, and quite an easy find after that. First cache for my brother, who thought I was crazy I think:) Bushwacking and all. Took nothing (except for some scratches)-left nothing
Thanks for the cache. Beautiful spot!
