We are camping out Rampart Road behind Woodland Park and decided to grab a couple of caches while in the area. This one was the furthest walk. We parked on Rampart road and hiked down. Much harder on the way back up. Thanks for placing this cache for us to find today. No problems here.

Whew! This was the furthest that we went. I was so tired by the time we got here that I was hoping a bear would get me and bring me back, even it I was in pieces. Super happy to sign this one today. I'll check my stats to see if I qualify. I added two TBs to this safe cache.
Today @OUT14ND3R and I headed south to Woodland Park to grab a bunch of caches. We headed down early in the morning. But our plans were derailed when we realized that our primary targets were more difficult than expected. We spent most of the day on a particular trail. Exhausted and weary, we came back down and headed to Starbucks for refreshment. Afterward we grabbed a few more caches on our way back to Parker/Aurora. Fun day. Now I'll need a few days to recover.
Thanks for the cache!

Another great Kerewin cache, with a surprise ending !
I parked at a gate/pullout on Rampart Range Road to the north of the cache, and started the short hike. There is a popular vantage point very close to that parking spot, and great views to the west. Found the container and its contents, but no log! And just then -- BLAM BLAM BLAM from a nearby house. I called out and spoke to the homeowner who was shooting some sort of air compression gun that fires rubber projectiles in his shooting range on his property and away from the trail and cache location, but that still made me HURRY to wrap up, which I did. Then on the way back to the car, I realized that there is a log, that I missed in my hurry.
Dang. Anyway, favorite point for this very creative cache !
Traded trackables by grabbing the two that were in the cache, and dropping off two copy tags of ours -- Grand Theft Monkey and Magnificent Mystery Microcoin.
TFTC !

TFTC After almost 15 years being a full time RVer, we finally decided to settle down a bit and bought a place close to some of our grandkids.
The summers are still too hot in Texas so we came back to the Colorado mountains to cool off. We only have a week left here, but when I saw this pop up I thought another walk on Rampart Range would be good.

I was happy to find a blank log for a {*FTF*} at 1:15 PM. I left a pen as the CO requested. This is a great cache in a nice location. A very unique container deserves a Favorite Point for sure. All is in good shape.

TB drop!

There is a log – please don’t add your own! See the hint if you’re not finding it! :-)

But...I forgot to leave a pen in the cache – if the FTF would be willing to leave one, I’d be ever so grateful!
