Located on the North Smith Fork Canyon Rim near Hotchkiss, Colorado. Finding the road there is part of the fun.
Cache is a Round Cake Tin located ~ 30-35 feet from a cliff without any protective fences !!! Use Caution during your approach !! WATCH YOUR CHILDREN. This is a view that many miss in this part of Colorado. Suggest your also going to the North Rim of the Black Canyon of Gunnison National Park for a even deeper Canyon with a beautiful view. The Black Canyon National Park can be reached by the back roads from this cache site. Take the road across the canyon. You may want to have a good Colorado Delta county road map or have the MapSource Topos loaded. Set your GPS to N 38° 34.383, W 107° 41.671 for a great overlook on the North rim. See GC9258 Cache.

Beautiful view and incredible location. Very impressive cliffs. Amazing to get close to the edge and look down, had to leave the dog in the car for this one. No one got too close to the edge, it can be scary, but still amazing.
