City Slicker 2, the sequel, replaces City Slicker (GC2EEHD).
The movie City Slickers 2 was my inspiration for this cache. Geocachers can relate with this man, as we always seem to be pulling stickers out of our socks in the evening.

You shouldn't have much in the way of stickers to deal with here. Just mind your surroundings, and especially the cattle [cars] as they stampede on by. Stage your coaches on Fifth Place, and use the crosswalks to get to the island.

No room for travel items; or a pen, so please bring your own. Because of the history of stolen containers in this spot, City Slicker 2 is a "members only" cache. Sorry to those that are not able to participate as a result.

Congratulations to Cache Dipper and animjason for the FTF!

 Hints

Please, twist, don't pull. Righty-Tighty, Lefty-Loosey. Looking from here to the sculpture, you can plainly see it is a river.

Good find with a super sick friend.

I have been feeling under the weather for about 2 weeks now and today unfortunately was one of the worst days. I had significant stomach cramps and honestly getting out of the apartment was very challenging. After a visit to the local Urgent Care, Atomic Corgi and I made our way to this cache while on the way back.

There was a lot of traffic this time of day. We parked east of the cache near the church and made the short walk over. I can't tell you how thankful I was to spot this one after a very fast search. I had initially thought that this was a virtual so finding a physical cache was more than I could have asked for today. Looks like the historical plaque that used to be here is missing.

I think this one is in a running for the most difficult caching days.

Find #48359

Its been a long hot summer in Texas, I've been trying to get out and do a caching trip a couple of times this summer, but it never worked out. Finally managed to get a week off, and am so happy to be out here in Colorado. The weather if perfect, and there is a load of caches that need my name on Smile Thanks so much for the hide Flic, I really enjoyed finiding this cache!
