Try to suss out the puzzle. I have happy childhood memories of LSD - no not the drug, but rather Librae, Solidi, Denarii (pounds, shillings, pence). I grew up with this currency. I'd go down to sweet shop and agonise on how to spend my pocket money of thrupence. It was traditional to put a sixpenny coin in the Christmas pudding for luck! It didn't seem so lucky if you had to make an emergency visit to the dentist on Xmas day. LSD all ended on Decimal Day in 1971 when the United Kingdom modernised for better (or worse?). I remember a decade after "D-day" my Mum (who was a talented artist) still pricing her pictures in Guineas. Old habits die hard.
