Ground Zero has become quite overgrown so the best way to approach this cache has changed. The best way is to park on Raritan Street & 112th Ave, wait for a break in traffic, scoot across 112th, and enter the woods thru a spur trail located about 20 paces east of the yellow pipes straddling the sidewalk. You can still approach from the South on the trails, but it will finish with a bushwhack.
The area is a little sketchy. It's a place for the local kids to sneak off and hang out. It's not unusual to trip across a pitched tent or fort. The area is also used for paintball games so beware and stay low! Enjoy the hunt.

Had to finally cry uncle after 15 or 20 minutes of searching, as either my GPS or my Geocaching app have been so screwy lately, there were just too many possibilities without me being able to use a reliable GPS. I collected more burrs than finds today, which is disappointing since I’m trying to log my last points for my final souvenir in Cache Carnival ! I will definitely be back out later.

Stopped by for a quick look. All is well. Ready to be found. Must have had 100 burrs attached to me and the dog's leashes coming out.

We should have trusted our Geo senses a little more quickly but made the find without too much trouble. Thanks for the hide

Took awhile to get to GZ, being that we are totally unfamiliar with this town and this park, but we had fun getting there!

Kind of a cool area! On the way to GZ, we ran into a Bing Cherry tree, not quite ripe yet but lots of potential!

Catching up on my logs. Found this one with DimensionGarret, Landen24 and weasel311. Thanks for adding to our fun today and creating memories we will not forget.

Found GC2JBFC - Heine's Hangout on April 10, 2018 using Cachly for iOS.

Some may call me seriously mentally ill. Some may state that I am in a state of mind that prevents social interaction. Some may say I am in a state of mind that prevents normal perception and or behavior. I prefer to say that I tend to do the same thing over and over again, but I expect different results. That being said, I believe we only live one life and I am trying to make the best of it. I thank you, HeineHunter for placing a fun geocache to fuel my "insanity" or addiction as I call it. I appreciate you bringing me here so that I can try and sign my alias on a piece of paper that you have hidden.

I look forward to finding more of your geocaches. I also look forward to potentially finding geocaches with you one day and sharing stories of our insanity... I mean hobby or addiction? Cheers!
