Picked this one up today. I normally say “while I was in the local area,” but I admit I drove out here to find this one today do to a recent motivation experience. I had solved this one quite sometime ago and put it in my database of solved puzzles to get at a later time. That is a pretty short list, but I forgot I had the solution anyway. The other day I was directed to this one again and said, “ah ha! I can solve this one.” After working out the solution (again), I told myself I should add this to my database of solved puzzles so I don’t forget…well, you can imagine how that went. So let me check my math, this is a 3.5D puzzle cache, at x2,…I get credit for a 7D find; right? Little did I realize that my puzzle fun was not the only fun I would have at this one. I managed to find the container in the middle of today’s flash flood rain and hailstorm. The rain / hail combination was actually to my benefit though…I got the best of both worlds by being soaking wet and go “ow, ow, ow” the entire time. I appreciate the CO’s effort to coordinate the extra weather effects to make it a worthwhile hunt. In the end, I’m pretty happy because I don’t get to do many puzzle caches…so thanks for the nice cache and fun puzzle, TFTC.

Hello from the west coast! Jimlips and I are visiting from northern California. Our goals are to get both Tarryall, and Mingo, among other fine caches. I solved this puzzle a couple of days ago. My brother, a muggle, joined us for this find. Nice to make the find today. TNLNSL ~ Thanks

Thxs to TaperingBirch for moving this cache to a safe hiding place. I was in C.S. today & went back to this location & signed the log. There was a crew reinstalling the downed fences who asked what we were doing. Explained geocaching & one of the guys said, "I think that is what I see in the mtns when I'm hiking."

I will just say that I found it and moved it to a place where it wasn't hiding under a fence.

I came up to Colorado Springs to get the radio replaced in my truck. Afterwards I decided I needed to hunt a few caches and get some Hidden Creatures Souvenirs. I've had this puzzle solved for at least a couple of years. I initially looked on the wrong side of the fence. In my younger days I would have just climbed over the fence, but that is out of the question for these old bones. I drove around to the other side and made the quick grab, signed the log, and tucked it back. This one is still in good condition. Thanks for a fun puzzle and slightly challenging hide.
