Lots of GPS bounce in the area. Searched for a while where the GPS pointed me without any luck. Tried searching on the opposite side of the trail and then made the find. A couple of people on the trail warned me of snakes, which I happily did not find. TFTC.

Greetings from Fairbanks, Alaska!! Here for some summer college baseball and caching!! Making this a favorite because it's remote and rarely visited. Log and contents damp, so I took a few minutes to dry them and place in a plastic bag. Left some Alaska swag. T4T$!!

This one had not been logged in over a year. We were concerns it was lost so w brought another container along. On the drive out we learned why it had not been found. Tough to get to trailhead, especially from Steamboat. Do not trust google maps! There are a lot of private roads out here that you can not get through. We finally figured a way there and were rewarded with a very nice trail and a cache right off the trail. The only problem was a non weatherproof container with a damp log and rusted tradables. We put a new log and the original items in the peanut butter jar and left the old container there. Thanks for placing this and for the geofun!

Beautiful little hike to this cache. Mom (who is 89 and still caching) found this one. It took her a bit to make it up the trail but we stopped to admire all the flowers so that kept her going. Log book is soaked. We drained all the water out so maybe it will dry eventually.
